Stock that reorders itself
Link ingredients to dishes, set a par level and let the shopping list write itself.
Counting stock at close is slow and usually wrong. Linking each ingredient to the dishes that use it lets every sale count for you.
Set par levels
Par is how much you like to have. When stock falls to 35% of par, the item joins the order list.
